Skiing

Finland has the most snow in Europe, and better still, it isn't overcrowded so plenty of elbow and stopping room.

Ice Hotel

Spend a night in the Ice Hotel in Kemi on the banks of the Baltic of course its cold, the whole hotel is made of ice excepting the restrooms. You are advised to sleep with everything inside your bedding to avoid your shoes freezing to the floor. The bed is made of ice, so lots of reindeer skins. The bar is made of ice and there is a chapel with pews and carvings all of ice, it really is wonderful. You get a free pass for a sauna and breakfast in a nearby hotel made of bricks and mortar.

Ice Breaker

Take a trip across the frozen Baltic on the Ice Breaker, you can join the ice breaker from shore or take a snow mobile across the Baltic and meet the ice breaker a couple of kilometres out on the ice. After a meal aboard, the breaker comes to a stop and then reverses leaving an area of open sea, this is where you can don a survival suit and bob about like a bright orange penguin.

Husky Safari

You are matched to a team of dogs, one person sits in the sleigh And the other is on the back and controls the breaks. The dogs love to run it's a thrilling experience.

Snow Mobile

 If you are looking for a speed thrill on the snow without ski's then the snow mobile is great fun, driving through otherwise inaccessible areas through the snow clad countryside the sights are awesome and again a must do. For all of the above trips the correct weatherproof clothing is supplied.
