This comes from the law that every child between the ages of 5-16 must attend school. So when they grow up many adults can read and write. The harvesting of sugar cane is a very important industry, but tourist attractions are achieving it in importance. Tourists should also prepare for some dishes like the flying fish burger or okra pudding or even roasted suckling pigs. The sugar cane also creates sweet and spicy rum that one person in the 17 century called “Devilish.”
