Zebrano is a sumptuous cocktail lounge hidden below buslting Carnaby Street. This sultry drinking den is the epitome of luxurious relaxtion. Deep red and black décor create a remarkably sexy atmosphere.

The clientele primarily consists of young movers and shakers, businessmen, and a sprinkling of model-types to keep things interesting. This is not the place to let down your hair, but it is perfect for posing and sneaking a seductive glance over your martini at an attractive patron across the room. An abundance of intimate alcoves throughout the bar are ideal for catching up on juicy gossip.

Saunter up to the bar and request one of their delicious cocktails. Each concoction is painstakingly prepared by friendly and knowledgeable waitstaff. The drink presentation here is exceptional. No detail is overlooked and the exotic fruit garnishes are so perfect it seems almost a shame to eat them!

After perusing the extensive cocktail menu, I ordered a Lychee Gunman. It was mild in flavor, and very refreshing as it lacked the sickly aftertaste that is common in many sweet cocktails. Afterward, I opted for a Pear Martini. The pear puree completely masks the flavor of the vodka making it dangerously drinkable!

LVPO bar in Soho

LVPO is situated in the heart of Soho on Dean Street between Old Compton Street and Shaftsbury Avenue.
Address:
50 Dean Street, London W1D 5BQ
Tel: 020 7434 3399 (Venue)
Tel: 020 7439 4089 (Bookings/Events/PR)

LVPO (pronounced LUPO and meaning “wolf” in Trojan!) has been part of Soho’s bar scene since 1995. LVPO attracts a wonderfully eclectic mix of media, fashion, and the West End’s theatre crowd who can be seen sipping trendy cocktails in this intimate venue.

A multitude of candles and chandeliers create a mystical and inviting appearance. Deep shades of maroon and purple cover the furniture and the banquettes are long, spacious and comfortable. Top notch waiter service provides customers with food and cocktails from the extensive menus.

I was very impressed by LVPO’s extensive cocktail menu. Champagne cocktails, classic cocktails, shooters and beer ensure that most patrons will find something to their liking.

I tried their Zombie, a fruity concoction of Bacardi rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, blue Curacao and grenadine. This drink may be sweet, but it definitely packs a punch! Afterwards, I finished the evening off with a mojito, which was also delicious.

The chill atmosphere and beautiful surroundings make this an ideal spot to entertain clients or to catch up with co-workers or friends. Drop by on Friday or Saturdays if you want to shake it with the DJ or Monday nights for their two-f0r-one mojitos.
