<![CDATA[record 10 (Fastest Time to Run Across 100 Meters of Ice) was done for a television program Tomtesterom on Belgium's national channel "één". Tom Waes was trying to get in the guinness book of world records and he tried to set the fastest time barefoot on ice for 100m.
