CA Meats used to chase the pigs straight onto the kill floor and shoot them as they ran around the room. Craziest thing I ever saw. I had a bullet hole in my apron! They had a tattered old piece of flimsy plywood leaning up against the door opening. Most pigs won't see that as a possible exit. Francis did.
