I'm not saying you should tip more than 10% or less than. That's your own prerogative. But I did want to make you aware that tipping 15% is not likely to make your server "rich."

So be smart America, never tip more than 10%. It will have the added benefit of forcing waiters to better themselves and get real jobs. Why make a high school drop out rich, they should be working for minimum wage alone and then you create a reason for people to work hard.
