Bat and ball is referred to the penis and testicles of a bull called “soup number five which is a good aphrodisiac. Soup Number Five, variously spelled Soup No. 5 or Soup #5, is a dish that originates from Filipino cuisine. It is believed to have aphrodisiac properties and makes one have a longer duration of erection.
Bull's penis and testicles are washed and cleaned, then scalded in boiling water. The genitalia are then cut into pieces and set aside. Various other ingredients such as onion, ginger, and vegetables are combined in a stock pot with the beef penis and testicles, covered with enough water and simmered until tender. It is then seasoned with salt and pepper and served hot.
Dog Meat
Dog meats are widely eaten in the Philippine and in other Asian countries especially during colder months because it keeps the body warm and is a good aphrodisiac as well. Dog meat makes one feel hot. There are two popular recipes for dog meat in the Philippines, adobo and kilawin.

Chinese are the usual buyers of Philippine Cobra with a prize ranging from 400-500 pesos per kilo.
The snake's meat is cooked in adobo style. Snake is commonly eaten in Asia because of its medicinal value and it's also a good aphrodisiac as proven by many and it really makes one feel hot and crave for love. Others would even drink its blood. Preparation of this recipe is very sensitive and delicate because the snake is very venomous. It is advice that only the expert should prepare this one.
Malunggay Tea or Moringa Tea
Malunggay with the scientific name Moringa oleifera can be found in many parts of the Philippines and other tropical areas. Malunggay is one of the most underestimated plants, yet it is one of the most nutritious plants. It is also known as a miracle vegetable. It had been proven by many that it is a very good aphrodisiac. A friend of mine, who is 60 year-old, revealed to me that drinking boiled malunggay leaves is better than Viagra.
It is said that other scientifically proven effects of malunggay includes anti-aging, anti-ulcer, anti-tumor and other diuretic properties, it was also found out that the plant also contain properties that eliminate toxins, fungus and bacteria in the body.
