Kueh Chap is a famous food amongst the Chinese in Malaysia. You can find Kueh Chap in Kuching a city in the state of Sarawak, Malaysia. Kueh Chap is made of kueh(which is a type of special noodle which is flat), taufu, eggs, pork and body parts of pig such as the ear, mother-tongue, liver, the skin and so on and so forth. All the material to make Kueh Chap will be cleaned properly before it is cooked and served.
