Wind Surfing

A windsurfer? Then you have no excuse to get involve. A wind during May to December of the year is steady and perfect for many windsurfers. Renting a surfboard is available in most resorts.

Snorkeling

The undersea world is now yours to discover! Explore beatiful reefs in each island and swim through the clearest ocean of water adorned with living colors of sponges, fishes and corals in different shapes and sizes gliding out from the shallow.

Island and Beach Hopping

There are 80 islands and islets which makes the Calamian Group of Islands or Calamianes waiting for you to explore. Each are famous for its own distinctive feature. Take for example Malajon Island (or Black Island) and its caves and caverns, Calambuyan Island and its beautiful coral reefs and the Talampulan and its fishing village called Panlaitan. Maybe you could discover more…

Beach Bonfire & Picnic

Find love with your partner in front of a romantic bonfire or enjoy with your family the sun and ocean sound in the background on a white sun beach in one of Coron's neighboring resorts.

Bird Watching

Behind the Kokusnuss Garden Resort at Coron is an avian realm of exceptional beauty. From seafishers, swallows, fantail and others-you have to experience it to complete the list.

Mountain Climbing & Hiking

Still not satisfied with ocean adventuring? Challenge yourself, prepare your camping gear and launch an expedition to the second highest mountain in Palawan. Tundalara is a 2,000 ft. mountain that poses a 3 to 4 hours hike to serious climbers. Advisable to bring a guide (with a local fee of $10.00), this activity could further take you to the wildest place of the island.

Motorbiking

Walking just to see the other beautiful places of the island is tiresome. Why walk when you can bike? A cool activity for those motorbike experts. Follow the 45 minute track that leads to Yulo King Ranch, a 40,000 hectare cattle ranch that likened to an African Savanna. Or take the longest 2 hour route via National Highway that leads to Concepcion Waterfall, a peaceful and idyllic place to be. Just don your protective clothes and trousers for it will be a dusty ride ahead. Rental fee for the bike is pegged at $16.00.

The Nightlife

A night here at Coron is nothing much to offer except talks with other tourists and native folks while having a beer and listening to music. There are few pub houses in the island and a small disco in the town especially during Friday and Saturday night.
